Refund Policy

Medstore-Online is a website that acts only as an intermediary, marketing and selling medications on behalf of pharmacies that are subject to state and federal laws.

We are not able to take back medications after they have been dispatched. The purchases of healthcare merchandise are non-exchangeable.

Refund Policy:

  • Medstore-Online offers a full refund if your product is not delivered within 28 days, is faulty, damaged, or expired.
  • For any other issues, contact us via phone, live chat, or email — we’re available 24/7.
  • For refund requests, please email us directly before contacting your bank, as involving them may complicate matters due to the unique nature of your order.

We value long-term relationships with our customers and are committed to resolving any issues and compensating for any inconvenience.

We take pride in being in the market longer than most of our competitors. Even when faced with challenges, we always resolve them and never take customers' money for products that haven't been delivered.

If you would like a refund, please notify us directly instead of contacting your credit card company/bank. We cannot offer a refund if you first make a claim directly with your credit card company/bank.

Medstore-Online can only issue a refund within 6 months from the date of shipment, due to the technical procedures set by our payment providers.
